1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. 

When the stock of the purchased product is sufficient, from Monday to Saturday, the product in your order will be sent out within 24h - 72h. If you purchase the product at the weekend, it will be sent out on Monday.
When a product is suddenly out of stock or it is a pre-sale product, we will urgently transfer the product, but there is usually a delay of about one week at least. If you are in a hurry, please contact customer service for details of the delay.

During holidays, delivery will also be slightly affected and there will be a short delay (about 2-3 days). Of course, customer service's reply will be delayed too. Please wait patiently.

Delivery Time

After you order, usually delivery to your door around 3-5 days (Products not marked with 3-day delivery will take 10 to 14 days).

4. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

Orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days.

7. Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?
